I am very sad because I cannot send a message in your bottle courier because my city is located in the mountains at 2600 m ( Bogota, Colombia).
It poses a rather difficult technical problem due to the direction of the water currents.
I propose that you build Escher channels, propulsing the water from the sea to the top of hills and mountains with gigantic wheels using their mechanical forces. The net of channels would be installed all over the world.
